Kennywood-2012

This year we decided to hit the local amusement park called Kennywood when we were in Pennsylvania.  It was really hot that day but the kids had a blast.  I think that we refilled the huge drink container at least 5 times.  We ended up in an afternoon thunderstorm but otherwise it was great to see the joy in the kids eyes.  Nick and I tried to ride one of the roller coasters but the thunder started so we ended up only having fun in Kiddieland but it was great.

What a great day to spend our vacation in Pittsburgh!  The weather and fun had the kids asleep within 5 minutes of leaving the park.  So much for fireworks since the went on July 4th!.  They are definitely our little firecrackers!
